Indefinite Leave to Remain
Indefinite Leave to Remain is permission to stay permanently in the UK, free from immigration control.
After a migrant has lived in the UK for a certain period of time (usually between two and five years), he/she can apply to live in the UK permanently, depending on the category of visa he/she has. Please contact one of our consultants for more information on whether you can apply for permanent residence and the qualifying period for it. To be able to apply for permanent residence, you will normally first need to show that you have enough knowledge of language and life in the UK. Please visit the following link for more information on the language and life in the UK test: www.lifeintheuktest.gov.uk/
